Work With Me

One-on-One

A longtime client wanted to refer a colleague to me and wasn't sure how to describe the experience:

With other people, I can say 'leadership coach' or 'energy healer.' With you, it's a bit of all of it. So I told them to just call you and that it'll be worth it.

It works. It's hard to pin down in 'elevator pitch' language. Here's what I do know:

  • We say true things and allow ourselves to be present with them
  • We set an intention for the session, then release any agenda
  • We invite fun (especially when working with intense situations)

Sessions weave together breathwork, energy medicine, guided visualization, sound journeys, and traditional leadership coaching.

We meet every other week for a minimum of six sessions.

Trainings

Any team workshop or training operates at two distinct levels: content and vibrational.

My goal is always to deliver content in a way that sticks, and an experience that people feel at a beyond-cognitive level.

  • Presence, Intuition, and Embodied Decision Making for the Age of AI
  • Leading From Your Essence
  • Vibrational Intelligence for Leaders & Managers
If these feel aligned…

Facilitation & Convening Design

There's a special magic that becomes available when people come together. With the right design, we can co-create a story in real time while still achieving linear outcomes.

In 2016, a colleague invited me to help create an experience for the very first House of Beautiful Business: a 'time travel' session where participants would journey 100 years into the future and gather field notes from that world. Initially, I was brought in to help brainstorm. Three weeks later, I was in Barcelona preparing to facilitate the experience!

We planned for 40 people. 120 showed up.

They followed our design to travel. The meticulous design behind every moment was invisible. Participants were free to immerse themselves in the experience. And ten years later I still get messages about the session.

That's pretty cool!

I love helping you design gatherings, offsites, retreats, and convenings. My role may look like design partnership, full facilitation, or something in between.
